Credits are used to access and run actions on the platform. Different actions consume different amounts of credits.

Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are valid for 12 months after purchasing. After which they expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can always adjust the number of credits you buy each month to fit your actual usage. Purchased credits remain on your balance until they expire.
Is there a contract?
For the free trial - there are no strings attached.
The paid tiers are monthly subscription - stop any time and keep the credits you have.

How do you calculate complexity?
An architecture complexity is calculated using a number of parameters: how many cloud provider it utilizes, number business processes, compliance, and availability zones. Those parameters are compiled into one complexity score. Free and Starter plan are good for simple architecture (one region, no special compliance), the Builder plan is useful for more complicated architecture (more than one region, compliance standard). Complex enterprise-level architectures can only be designed in the Enterprise Tier.
